If you are feeling thirsty and want something refreshing, then lemon water is by far one of the best options available. You will find that people will drink this beverage on a hot day or as a nice complement to dinner.This drink is also good for people who want to lose weight, as it is believed that it helps to curb your appetite and you do not have the desire to each as much as you usually do.

So below I will give you just a quick step by step guide as to how to make delicious lemon water.

 1. Get Yourself Some Lemons

You cannot make lemon water without lemons, so you are going to need to get one. The first thing you will have to do is cut the fruit in two. You will now slice up one half, making about 4-5 slices. You will keep the other half for later.

2. Get a Glass of Water (Ice Cubes are Optional)

Well the next ingredient would be water. The water you use is really up to your liking. Do you want it room temperature or ice cold? Do you want ice cubes in it? The water is really your choice.

3. Mix Ingredients Together and You Have Lemon Water

The final part is to now take the lemon half that has not been sliced up and squeeze it into the water. This will give the water a nice kick, but it will also be super refreshing. You can then add the slices as a garnish on the glass and in the water. So people do not like too much lemon and as such, they just use the slices and this is enough to flavor the water.
